Today we relaunched likhaanai.com. The new site is less a brochure than a statement of intent — the firm, the method, and the standard we hold ourselves to, put in public.
We have called it a rebirth on purpose. The previous site did an honest job of saying that we existed. This one says what we actually are, and what we are for.
Most firms are organised around a playbook — a known set of moves for a known set of problems. That work matters, and plenty of capable firms do it well. Likhaan is built for the moment after the playbook runs out: the decision with no precedent, the problem that matches no case study, the question a template cannot answer. That is the work we exist to take on.
The firm, the method, in public
The site lays the firm out plainly. The Firm explains who we are and why; Approach sets out the method — the six disciplinary lenses we read every problem through, the IIISI problem-solving method, the 3Ps@E model, and Creatology, the science of creativity and innovation that anchors all of it; and Practices shows where we put it to work.
Insights opens our thinking to anyone who wants it. The first essays and working notes are already live — from the economics of new value to how a board can use tension as a generative force — and we will keep adding to it.
And Publishing and the Institute introduce LICI — the Likhaan Institute of Creatology and Innovation — whose course books are available now, including the founding work, Pamphlet I, which we keep free to read.
The standard we hold
Putting the method and the reasoning in public is not decoration; it is a commitment. It invites scrutiny, and that is the point. We name our frameworks, show our working in the Insights, and keep the founding ideas open to everyone. A standard you can see is a standard you can check — and we would rather be checked than taken on faith.
Have a look around. Read the Approach, follow the Insights, visit the Institute, or simply start a conversation. The playbook will take most firms a long way. For everything after it, we are ready.
