Creatology.

Most organisations treat creativity as weather: unpredictable, occasionally lucky, impossible to govern. We treat it as engineering.

Creatology is the empirical and applied study of how genuinely new value comes into being — researched, measured, taught, and deployed on demand. It asks a precise question: under what conditions does the new reliably emerge, and how do we reproduce those conditions inside an organisation, a market, or a classroom?
